If your internet connection is not fast enough, you may experience difficulty connecting.

  • Make sure you have the necessary permissions for your microphone and camera.
  • If there is another service using your internet, pause it for a while.
  • Reset your modem.
  • If you have a virus or firewall program blocking the session, disable it.
  • If you are logged into your account on a computer, make sure you are logged in on the correct web browser. You should choose Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Opera as your browser.
  • If you are logged in to your account on Ipad, make sure you are logged into your account from the English Ninjas Kids app.
  • Upon granting camera and microphone authorization, try establishing the connection again with a different tutor
  • If the problem insists, please inform the Live Support team.
