If your internet connection is not fast enough, you may experience difficulty connecting.
- Make sure you have the necessary permissions for your microphone and camera.
- If there is another service using your internet, pause it for a while.
- Reset your modem.
- If you have a virus or firewall program blocking the session, disable it.
- If you are logged into your account on a computer, make sure you are logged in on the correct web browser. You should choose Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Opera as your browser.
- If you are logged in to your account on Ipad, make sure you are logged into your account from the English Ninjas Kids app.
- Upon granting camera and microphone authorization, try establishing the connection again with a different tutor
- If the problem insists, please inform the Live Support team.
