If you are logged into your account on a computer, make sure you are logged in on the correct web browser. You should choose Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Opera as your browser.
If you are logged in to your account on Ipad, make sure you are logged into your account from the English Ninjas Kids app.
Upon granting camera and microphone authorization, try establishing the connection again with a different tutor
